This second-floor oceanfront condo offers 1,045 square feet of open, light-filled space with two bedrooms, each with a king bed and its own full bathroom, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room, so up to six guests can stay comfortably. The living room, dining area, and kitchen flow together and share ocean views, so whoever is cooking never misses the sunset glow on the water. The fully equipped kitchen has an island, modern appliances, and everything you need for a family dinner in or a quick breakfast before you hit the beach.

When you are ready for the sand, it is only steps away. Want dinner, live music, or an ice cream cone? Center Street, Folly's lively main strip of restaurants, bars, and shops, is about a block away. You can park the car when you arrive and leave it there for your whole stay.

Built in 2021, the building has luxury vinyl floors, central air, ENERGY STAR windows, fast Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, and two dedicated parking spaces with EV charging. Whether you are coming for a long weekend, a family beach week, or a quiet getaway for two, we hope it feels like home.
